A Well-Deserved Victory

A win has been on the cards for a few weeks now, but Town's First Team finally earned its first 3 points of the year on Saturday.
Recent performances have been encouraging, although the points have not appeared.
On Saturday, a 5-0 victory over Wodson Park Reserves demonstrated just what is possible from our current squad.
Steve Lee was in top form, scoring 4, with Alex Hewer scoring his first the side.
The Vets lost the only other game of the weekend yesterday, going down 2-1 to a strong Waltham Abbey Vets, with Matt Smyth finding the back of the net for the fifth time this season.
