Semi Final Beckons

21st Mar 2016
On Saturday the club's Reserves secured its place in the semi-final of the Cecil Hudson Cup.
Despite their lowly league position, Chipperfield Corinthians proved to be stern opposition to Town.
However, a terrific strike from Charley Blackham saw Buntingford lead 1-0 at half time.
The second half was more comfortable for Town, and the win was all but secured with a Luke Smith goal.
The icing on the came cake when Reeece Fitzgerald scored directly from a free kick just a few minutes from the final whistle.
Unfortunately results didn't go well for the club's other sides at the weekend, with the First Team going down 2-1 at Hinton, and the Vets succumbing to 4 goals with no reply during their match with Ware Strollers.
