A late second goal by Adam Estherby put paid to any hopes of a Sarratt comeback on Saturday afternoon as Town's First Team progressed to the Quarter Final stage of the Aubrey Cup with a 2-0 win.

Buntingford will face either Evergreen or Chipperfield Corinthians (who play each other on 18th October) in the next round.

Also at the weekend, the Reserves suffered a 6-0 mauling at the hands of league leaders Park Street Village Reserves; despite this result, we are still not at the foot of the table as bottom club Kebworth Reserves have played 2 more matches.

This weekend will see the Reserves at home to London Lions.

The Vets are also still looking for their first win of the season; on Sunday they drew 2-2 with Tolmers and are at home again next weekend when Enfield Vets will be visiting The Bury.
