Teamwork.

Results did not go our way this weekend, but more importantly, certain individuals stepped to the fore in order to ensure that a full weekend of football was made possible.
With no managers or assistants available for our County League fixtures over the weekend it was pleasing to see players and club officials working together to ensure that the games still went ahead.
Alex Cox and Craig Jones, with Luke Capon's guidance, organised the first Team squad at Puckeridge.
The Reserves, who up until last weekend could well have gone out of existance, put out a young side thanks to an exceptional effort from Laurence Salmon during the week, with Damo Thomas organising the lads on the day.
We also had help from committee members Dean Howard and Richard Morris and assistance with equipment from the Vets.
Being part of a football club is not just about results, and the club's members have gone a long way to proving it during the last week - thank you.
