This season we are using a new online system to manage club membership. In order for us to communicate with the whole club effectively it is important that all players register online with the new system.
When you enter your details you will be asked to confirm that you agree with the club's code of conduct; you will then be taken to the payment screen where you can pay your membership fee of £5 using either PayPal or your credit card.
Players will be subsequently invoiced for their annual training fee, match fees and any Herts FA fines using this system; again, payment can be made using PayPal or credit card.
The main advantages to the club is that player payments will be managed all in one place rather than individually by 3 team officials; we will also be able to email all of our players with important news, such as the date of our presentation evening, without having to rely on the message being passed on via team managers.
From the team managers' perspective, there will be no need to collect, record and manage cash after a game, and players themselves will be able to see their own individual record of payments made online, making it much easier to resolve any disputes with the club.
